One system. Hot or cold.
Any solid.

COMMERCIAL EXTRACTION EQUIPMENT

Coffee, tea, fruit, botanicals, adaptogens, and more. If you have a solid that can be extracted to produce a concentrate, this system can handle it. Same vessel, same operator, your choice of hot extraction, cold extraction, or even light pressure.

Whatever you're extracting, we can handle it

BUILT FOR MORE THAN COFFEE

If it's a solid you can steep, soak, or press, the same platform turns it into a concentrate. Hot, cold, or under light pressure.

Want to do a fruit extraction?

Berries, stone fruit, citrus peel

Hot or cold, same vessel.

Distillery looking to do botanical extraction?

Botanicals and herbs for spirits, bitters, and mixers.

How about a hop addition?

Infuse hop forward flavor into your beer or use it to make Hop Water.

Need tea concentrate for foodservice or RTD?

Same hybrid hot/cold cycle, higher TDS than bucket brewing.

Light pressure

One vessel. Any solid you're trying to turn into a concentrate. Hot, cold, or light pressure.
Same operator. Same equipment.

HOW IT WORKS

From loaded vessel to finished concentrate

One vessel. No manual transfers in between.

Load your solids and add solvent, hot or cold is your call. The Dual-Pump Module (an available add-on) automates dosing and recirculation while you prep the next batch. Once extraction finishes, concentrate flows by gravity to your holding vessel (or via pump, if you've added the Dual-Pump Module). Then a quick-release latch drops the spent solids straight to waste, no lifting hot, wet grounds, no intermediate tanks to clean.

With hot-extracted coffee, that's a 56-min cycle yielding 7.25 gal of concentrate. Also built for tea, botanicals, fruit, and more.

Watch the quick-release mechanism in action.

Amazing and so much better than manually lifting. Way safer too.

Every Unit ships as the vessel, frame, and tri-clamp connections in food grade 304 stainless steel, with a Dispersion Plate or Pressure Lid available if your process calls for it, no cap on how many Units you run. These modules extend what a Unit can do.

Automates solvent dosing and enables in-cycle recirculation, so a Unit can run continuous flow or steep, hands off, while you prep the next batch. Available now.
