Charleston customer:
29 gal in 2 hours
A Charleston cocktail mixer company needed high-strength coffee concentrate for their espresso martini mix. The equipment didn't exist - bucket systems couldn't deliver the volume or consistency, and industrial systems were $30K+ overkill. So they asked an equipment manufacturer to build something better. That's how Palmetto Extract Systems started.

About Us
Craft Extract Systems started when Bittermilk, a Charleston cocktail mixer company, needed a better way to produce the coffee concentrate for their espresso martini mix. Off-the-shelf options couldn't deliver the strength or consistency they needed, so they asked us to engineer a solution. What we built worked so well that we partnered with a local coffee roaster to refine it further — and realized the entire concentrate market was stuck between DIY buckets and $30,000+ industrial machines.
14 years of engineering experience. 10+ years in machine design. 3+ years running SingleShot Barrel Works, a packaging equipment company serving craft distilleries. We applied the same discipline to coffee extraction: automation where it matters, simplicity where it doesn't, and systems designed for real operators running real production.
Designed and manufactured in Charleston, SC.
